This Privacy Policy explains how Red Panda Fencing Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use Touch By Touch's Collegewebsite and mobile application (the "Service").
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
When you create or use an account, a third-party authentication provider processes your sign-in and provides us with account identity information such as your name and email address.
The Service stores school and team roster data, including student-athlete names and graduation years. Many of these athletes are minors. We also store meet and bout results, scores, and the per-fencer records produced from those results.
Users may upload photos of paper scoresheets for scanning, scoring, and review. The mobile application can access the camera or photo library only when a user chooses to take or select a scoresheet photo. The selected image and upload details are sent to the Service.
Authorized users may enter a typed name or signature when recording attendance or signing a meet. The Service stores that entry with the relevant meet or event attendance record.
Signed-in users may enter a team or referee PIN to obtain scoring access for a meet. The Service stores information needed to create and secure that scoring session, including the associated account, meet, access type, and failed PIN attempts.
The Service uses cookies and browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions, remember a selected region, preserve division-specific directory search and view settings within a browser tab, and maintain temporary scoring access. A third-party authentication provider may also set cookies needed for sign-in and session security.
When you access the Service, technical information needed to deliver, secure, and diagnose it may be processed. This can include an Internet Protocol address, browser or device type, operating system, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic data.
We use information collected through the Service to:
Touch By Touch is a results and records service. Published school and team information, athlete names and graduation years, meet and bout results, and per-fencer records may be visible to anyone and may be indexed by search engines. Do not submit information to public areas of the Service unless it is appropriate to publish.
Scoresheet photos are not presented as public roster or results pages. They are made available through the Service to users who have permission to review the relevant meet.

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the Service, maintaining historical fencing records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements and policies. Technical data may also be retained for security, diagnostics, and service improvement.
Information may be processed and stored in locations outside your state, province, or country, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. In the mobile application, you can delete your sign-in account by opening Account and selecting Delete Account.
Deleting a sign-in account does not automatically remove public historical rosters, meet results, bout results, or fencer records. To request review or deletion of information associated with you or a minor, email support@redpandafencing.org. We may need to retain information when required by law or when another lawful basis applies.
We use reasonable measures intended to protect personal information. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service contains roster and competition information about student athletes, including minors. Accounts are not intended for children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has created an account or that personal information about a child was submitted without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review the information and take appropriate action.
The Service may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Review their privacy policies before providing information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Changes are effective when posted.
